The office tower of Espacio Condesa, a mixed-use complex at José Vasconcelos 127 in Hipódromo Condesa, on the edge of the Condesa district. It is an all-steel tower that rises from a five-level shopping center shared with the residential tower, Elite Residences Espacio Condesa.
Fibra Plus owns and develops it with Némesis Capital, and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill is the architect. Work started in 2018. The Skyscraper Center lists it as architecturally topped out at 157 meters and 34 floors, with completion expected in 2026, and the shopping center opened in the first half of 2026.
