A student housing tower on Marsh Wall on the Isle of Dogs, near Canary Wharf. The Skyscraper Center lists it at about 153 meters and 47 floors; other listings give 156 meters and 48 floors.
Tide Construction is developing and building it to a design by EPR Architects, with Barrett Mahony as structural engineer. It was approved in March 2022, work started in 2025, and completion is expected in 2028.
