A 52-floor residential tower on the Isle of Dogs, a short walk from Canary Wharf, planned at about 174 meters. Ballymore is building it with Penta Real Estate, to a design by Morris+Company, and markets the homes as 25 Cuba.
It was one of the first big London towers redesigned with a second staircase after the London Fire Brigade questioned single-stair designs. Work started in 2025, and in March 2026 the joint venture secured a GBP 179.5 million construction loan for the delayed project. The Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2029.
