A 44-story condo tower at 99 Southwest Seventh Street, on the Miami River just northwest of Brickell City Centre. It holds 362 fully furnished studios, one- and two-bedroom homes and penthouses, and shares a podium with its neighbour, The Standard Residences, Brickell, in the One Brickell Riverfront complex. Amenities include a private marina, a pool deck, a spa and co-working space, with an AVRA Estiatorio restaurant on the ground floor.
Newgard Group and Two Roads Development closed $513 million in construction financing in late 2025. The tower topped out on January 16, 2026, with G.T. McDonald as general contractor, and its architectural crown was in place by June 2026. Completion is expected in August 2027.
