The taller of two office towers at 2 Finsbury Avenue, part of British Land's Broadgate campus next to Liverpool Street station in the City of London. At about 156 meters and 37 floors above ground, it rises beside the shorter West Tower.
The scheme was first proposed in 2015 and approved in December 2021. Sir Robert McAlpine began building it in 2023 for British Land and GIC, with Ramboll as engineer. The towers were topped out in January 2026 and are due to open in 2027.
