A planned 42-floor office tower at Paseo de la Reforma 202, at the corner of Calle Nápoles in Colonia Juárez, also known as Reforma 202. It was designed by Helfon Arquitectos with nine basement levels and retail at street level.

Work started in 2018 with a target of 2022, but stopped after the foundations and part of the ground-level structure were built. The Skyscraper Center lists it as on hold and SkyscraperPage lists it as cancelled. The developer has not been confirmed for this page.
