A 50-story tower at 942 NE 1st Avenue in Miami Worldcenter, planned with about 310 condos, a 219-room hotel and a medical and wellness centre. Its condos were reported sold out in presales.

Work stopped in March 2024 with the frame at about the 16th floor. The construction loan changed hands in June 2025 and the new lender filed a foreclosure suit in July 2025, which the developer is fighting. The developer said in November 2025 that it was working towards a restart, but no restart had been reported by late 2026.
