The residential tower of Espacio Condesa, a mixed-use complex at José Vasconcelos 127 in Hipódromo Condesa. The complex has two towers on top of a five-level shopping center and eleven underground levels; the other tower is the Espacio Condesa Corporativo office building.
Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed the complex for Némesis Capital and Fibra Plus. It replaced an earlier plan for the site that was cancelled in 2016. The shopping center opened in the first half of 2026, and SkyscraperPage expects the complex to be finished in 2028. Our list gives 157 meters and 36 floors for this tower; these figures are TBC.
