A hotel, residential and office tower on Avenida Ejército Nacional in Nuevo Polanco, the final phase of the Antara complex, an open-air shopping and office development that Grupo Sordo Madaleno built on former industrial land. It is also called Antara Grand Tower. The tower sits above a public commercial and cultural base and will hold a Rosewood hotel and residences.
Grupo Sordo Madaleno is the developer and its sister firm Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos is the architect. Work started in 2022. Rosewood first announced an opening in 2024, then 2026, and now says the hotel will open in 2027. The Skyscraper Center lists 201 meters and 48 floors. Our list had this tower twice, as Antara Fase II and as Rosewood Mexico City; both now point to this page.
