An office tower at Paseo de la Reforma 445 in Cuauhtémoc, on the stretch of Reforma between the Angel of Independence and Chapultepec Park where most of Mexico City's tallest towers stand. It targets LEED Gold.
Colonnier y Asociados designed it. Work started in 2020, and the Skyscraper Center lists 155.3 meters and 47 floors, with completion expected in 2026. The developer has not been confirmed for this page.
