A 42-floor, triangle-shaped office and hotel tower of about 181 meters at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles exhibition centre. It will be the first tower built inside the Paris city limits since the Tour Montparnasse in 1973.
Herzog & de Meuron designed it for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and AXA IM. The project was fought over for years before work began in 2022. The tower has topped out, and completion is expected in 2027.
