A pair of linked towers on the Wilhelminapier in Rotterdam, called Havana and Philadelphia, with homes and a hotel. The taller Havana tower is about 180 meters with 53 floors, which will make it one of the tallest buildings in the Netherlands.
MVRDV designed the towers for SYNCHROON and Bouwfonds. The start of construction was confirmed in October 2025, and completion is expected in 2030.
