A roughly 50-story, 672-foot tower across from Brooklyn Borough Hall, on the corner where Brooklyn Heights meets Downtown Brooklyn. It will hold 46 large condos (from about $5.9 million), 90 rental apartments, 40,000 square feet of shops and a private jazz club for residents. It will be one of the tallest buildings in Brooklyn.
The site was once the Brooklyn Dodgers' headquarters, where Jackie Robinson signed with the team. The 1962 office building that replaced it has been demolished, and construction on the $550 million tower began in July 2026. Sales are due to start in 2027, with completion planned for 2029.
