The shorter of the two towers at 80 Clarkson Street on the edge of the West Village, about 128 meters tall with 29 floors. It is part of the same condominium and affordable senior housing development as the West Tower.
COOKFOX designed both towers for Zeckendorf Development, Atlas Capital Group and Baupost Group. They have topped out, and completion is set for 2026.
