A pencil-thin condominium tower in NoMad, rising about 262 meters over Fifth Avenue with 54 floors. It was designed by the architecture studio Meganom, with SLCE Architects as architect of record, for Five Points Development and Kidum Group.

The project was scaled back from earlier, taller plans and went through several starts and stops. By April 2026 it had topped out and its cladding and windows were going on. Its crown holds a rooftop deck and pool under an open arch, and it is set to be the tallest residential building on Fifth Avenue.
