A 69-floor rental tower at 42-02 Orchard Street in Long Island City, about 251 meters tall and the tallest building in Queens. BLDG Management is the developer, Perkins Eastman designed it and Triton Construction is building it.
The tower topped out above 800 feet, and leasing began in early 2026 with Corcoran as leasing agent. About 14,550 square feet of shops along Jackson Avenue are due to open in late 2026.
