A 73-floor, 250-meter residential tower on Avenida Santa Teresa in Asunción that will be the tallest building in Paraguay and among the four tallest in South America. Petra Urbana markets it as resort living, with three floors of shared amenities and a luxury spa. Next to it, a 24-floor corporate building will hold offices, a rooftop bar and the first NH Collection hotel in Paraguay.

Petra Urbana launched the project in July 2024, with financing for buyers through Banco Sudameris, and two local builders, AGB and Tecinci, joined forces as a consortium to build it. Soletanche Bachy Paraguay finished the foundations in 2026: 65 barrettes 40 meters deep under the tower and bored piles for the hotel building. The Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2029. The architect has not been confirmed for this page.
