A 55-floor, 212-meter residential tower in Asunción's corporate district, joined by private walkways to the Paseo La Galería shopping and office complex. It will hold apartments from two to four bedrooms, duplexes and penthouses, surrounded by more than 4,500 square meters of green space, and it is marketed as the tallest residential building in Paraguay.
Blue Tower Ventures Paraguay, part of the Guatemalan Grupo Onyx led by Mario López, broke ground in September 2024. Soletanche Bachy Paraguay designed and built the deep foundations and retaining walls, which it reported finished in July 2025. Delivery of the apartments is planned for 2028. The architect has not been confirmed for this page.
