The second E11EVEN-branded tower in Park West, on NE 11th Street next to the E11EVEN nightclub and the finished E11EVEN Hotel & Residences. It holds about 550 condos, from studios to two bedrooms, and owners may rent them out short-term.
Construction began in 2023 after a $262 million construction loan, with John Moriarty & Associates as general contractor. By March 2026 floor 62 of 65 was decked and the glass had reached about level 57. Property Markets Group expects completion in May 2027.
