A 28-floor condominium tower at 126 East 57th Street, near Billionaires' Row, about 106 meters tall. ODA designed its pixel-like concrete facade for MRR Development, and Plaza Construction is building it.
The building has topped out and was nearing completion in 2026, with sales of studio to three-bedroom homes.
