IU Health's new downtown hospital, a $4.3 billion campus of about 2.5 million square feet between 12th and 16th streets. Its three 16-floor towers will replace Methodist Hospital and University Hospital.
Work began in March 2022, and the project was about 40 percent complete in June 2025. IU Health plans to open it in late 2027.
