A 38-floor, 800-room convention hotel in downtown Indianapolis, about 134 meters tall and the tallest hotel in the city. It connects to the expanded Indiana Convention Center and is a short walk from Lucas Oil Stadium. RATIO designed the tower, and AECOM Hunt is the contractor.
The hotel topped out in late 2025. Its opening was first set for October 2026 and is now planned for February 1, 2027.
