A 36-floor limestone condominium tower on the Upper East Side, about 147 meters tall, with setbacks that mix Gothic and Art Deco details. Robert A.M. Stern Architects designed it, with Hill West Architects as architect of record.
The Naftali Group is the developer. Foundations were dug in 2024, and the Skyscraper Center lists the tower as topped out, with completion in 2026.
