A 79-story rental tower in Two Bridges on the Lower East Side, overlooking the East River and the Manhattan Bridge. It is part of a group of towers the city approved together for the area.
City Planning approved it in December 2018, and after lawsuits the state's top court upheld the approval in April 2021. The plan includes a new entrance to the East Broadway subway station.
