A planned 91-story tower at 701 Fourth Avenue that would be the tallest building on the West Coast, with about 1,090 apartments and condos above a podium of shops and parking.
Crescent Heights bought the site in 2015, and the FAA made it lower the first design because of flight paths. The 2023 design is 1,020 feet, but the site was put up for sale in November 2023.
