A 90-story condo tower planned for 400 Biscayne Boulevard, right next to PMG's Waldorf Astoria, with 421 residences, offices, two restaurants and what would be Miami's first public observation deck, including a cantilevered glass floor about 850 feet up.
It is the first residential project for the Delano hotel brand. Sales launched in March 2026 with studios from $800,000, but there has been no groundbreaking or reported construction loan yet. PMG expects the project to take about five years.
