An office tower planned on the site of the old Hotel Pennsylvania, across Seventh Avenue from Penn Station, with underground links to Penn Station, Herald Square and the PATH.
The hotel was demolished in 2022 and 2023. In November 2025 Vornado brought the tower back as a 50-story, 1,000-foot design, down from 1,270 feet, but no start date has been set.
