A residential supertall in Business Bay, marketed at 532 meters with about 116 floors above ground. Tiger Properties has promoted it with record features, including what it calls the world's highest penthouse, a sky restaurant and a tropical rainforest near the top.
Construction started in 2024. The height comes from sales material and is still unconfirmed, and the Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2029.
