A residential hypertower in Business Bay, designed with the jewellery and watch brand Jacob & Co. Planned at about 595 meters and 105 floors, it is set to become the world's tallest residential building, topped by a jewel-like crown.
Binghatti launched the project in 2022 and construction started in 2023, with Granada Europe as main contractor. The tower is rising, and the Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2027.
