A residential supertall in Business Bay, facing the Burj Khalifa, unveiled by Deyaar in June 2025. It was announced at about 445 meters and 110 floors, which would make it one of the tallest residential towers in the world.
Work began in 2026. The height is still an estimate from the project launch, and the Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2029.
