A 450-meter, 106-floor residential tower in Dubai Marina branded by the Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller, with a giant clock planned on its crown. London Gate markets it as the world's tallest residential clock tower.
Construction started in 2024, and Permasteelisa Gartner won the facade contract in 2025. The Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2027.
