A 460-meter, 100-floor tower in Suzhou with offices and homes, also known as the China Overseas Suzhou supertall project. It would be the tallest building in Suzhou.
Construction began in 2022, with SOM as design architect and structural engineer and Arup on building systems. The Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2028.
