A 475-meter office tower planned by Chow Tai Fook, the Hong Kong group behind the CTF Finance Centres in Guangzhou and Tianjin. It has 84 floors and would be one of the tallest buildings in central China.
The project was first planned around 2012, and main construction began in 2022. Arup is the structural engineer, and the Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2029.
