A 468-meter office and hotel tower in Chengdu's Dongcun district, with 101 floors and a faceted, crystal-like form by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill. It is the centrepiece of a larger Greenland complex.
Construction started in 2014 but slowed for years. A new permit to resume work was issued in March 2025, with China Construction Fifth Engineering Division as contractor, and the Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2029.
