A residential supertall named after Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna, in a beach city already known for a dense wall of high-rises.
It is one of the tallest residential towers ever attempted, in a city of under 200,000 people. The story is less about demand from locals and more about Brazilian wealth parking money in coastal real estate.

The foundation piling used 798 piles up to 40 m deep, about 30 km in total, with over 12,000 m³ of concrete and 1,800 tonnes of steel. The foundation schedule was cut from 120 to 70 working days.
