A 102-floor office and hotel tower in Nanjing's Hexi district. At 499.8 meters it would be Nanjing's tallest building, well above the 450-meter Zifeng Tower.
Construction began in 2019, with SOM handling the design, structure and building systems. The tower is rising, and the Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2028.
