The main office tower of the Yuzui development on Nanjing's riverfront, where the Qinhuai River meets the Yangtze. It is planned at 498.8 meters and 85 floors, designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill.
Construction started in 2021, with Nanjing Runmao Real Estate as main contractor. The Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2028.
