A 340-meter, 87-floor residential tower by DAMAC on Sheikh Zayed Road, branded with the Swiss jeweller de GRISOGONO. It was designed by Killa Design, the studio behind Dubai's Museum of the Future.
Construction started in 2023, and the Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2027.
