A planned 1,100-foot tower on Billionaires' Row between Fifth and Sixth avenues, with a 158-room hotel on the lower floors and 119 condos above. It would be the fifth supertall on 57th Street.
Sedesco bought the site for $77.5 million in 2023 and won extra floor area in return for upgrading the 57th Street subway station, including a new elevator. Demolition of the old buildings was nearly finished in December 2025, but no construction schedule has been announced.
