A new headquarters for Ethiopia's state power company in central Addis Ababa. Published figures differ: the tower is listed at about 346 meters and 66 floors, while other reports give 327.5 meters and 62 stories. Either way it will be the tallest building in sub-Saharan Africa.
Ground was broken in January 2024. Work stopped later that year and restarted in June 2025, with completion planned for 2027.
