A 340-meter residential tower on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment in Moscow City, named after the Nobel Prize-winning physicist Lev Landau, known as Dau. A zigzag pattern wraps the facade, and a three-story podium holds offices, a café, shops and a children's center.
Work started in 2023. In June 2026, with concrete at the 28th floor, crews began installing the facade modules. The tower will hold 866 apartments, and completion is planned for 2027.
