The taller of the two AURUS Residences towers on 2nd Krasnogvardeysky Proyezd, in the City-2 area beside Moscow City. The pair hold about 1,774 apartments, offices, a wellness center and a private park on the podium, and at 395 meters this tower would be one of the tallest residential buildings in Europe.
Strana Development received its construction permit in January 2026 and is building the foundations, with 173 piles for the two towers. Completion is planned for 2031.
