A 380-meter office and hotel tower in the Luohu CBD, Shenzhen's original downtown next to the Hong Kong border, where the Hongling financial corridor meets the Dawutong industry belt. Woods Bagot designed it for Chengjian Group, and locals call it the Crown of Luohu.
Work started in 2021 and was still in progress in April 2026, when the design won Best Future Architecture at the CVU China awards. Completion is expected in 2026.
