A 374-meter office and hotel tower on Taiziwan Boulevard at Prince Bay in Shekou, on the southern tip of Shenzhen's Nanshan peninsula. China Merchants Group is turning the old port there into a waterfront district with a cruise terminal, homes and offices.
Work began in 2021 and the structure has topped out. Completion is expected in 2028.
