The taller of two limestone-clad towers at 80 Clarkson Street on the edge of the West Village, about 149 meters tall with 36 floors. The development mixes luxury condominiums with affordable senior housing and sits next to Google's new Hudson Square headquarters.
Zeckendorf Development, Atlas Capital Group and Baupost Group are the developers, COOKFOX is the design architect and AECOM Tishman is the contractor. The towers have topped out, and by January 2026 the facade was nearly finished, with completion set for 2026.
