An office tower at 555 West 34th Street, on Hudson Boulevard across Eleventh Avenue from the Javits Center, built over an entrance to the 34th Street–Hudson Yards subway station.
Foundation work began in 2016 and there was a groundbreaking in 2017, but construction stopped in late 2022 for lack of tenants. A $108 million JPMorgan loan came in October 2025, but the site is still on hold with no completion date.
