An 80-floor hotel and residential tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, planned at 349 meters. It is a project of Dar Global and the Trump Organization, with a Trump hotel and branded residences.
Enabling works began in 2025, and in August 2026 Dar Global gave the next construction contract to Gulf Asia Contracting. The Skyscraper Center expects completion in 2031.
