A mixed-use office tower on Avenida Morones Prieto in Monterrey, next to Torre Guía. Its full name is ¡Lola! Torre Loma Larga. It was planned with about 42,000 square meters of offices over 32 levels and 2,700 square meters of shops and restaurants, plus a gym and a dining hall for the office workers.
The Monterrey developer Proyectos 9, led by José Lobatón, started work in March 2018 with an investment of about 2 billion pesos and a 30-month schedule, and sold shares in the building as real estate participation certificates. It took much longer: the Skyscraper Center now lists it as structurally topped out at 184 meters and 42 floors, with completion expected in 2026.
