The first of a pair of identical residential towers on Rua 3250 in central Balneário Camboriú. The apartments have four rooms and private areas of about 194 to 389 square meters, and the two towers share their base and leisure areas.
The developer is RV Empreendimentos, a local firm founded in 2006, and the architect is LDD Arquitetura. Construction started in 2021, and sales listings give a delivery date of April 2028.
