A 60-floor residential tower on Rua 1910 in central Balneário Camboriú, about 140 meters from the sea. Its apartments have four suites and private areas of about 172 to 284 square meters, and the shared areas cover more than 4,200 square meters.
It is by Embraed, one of the largest high-rise developers in the city, and was designed by Baggio Schiavon Arquitetura. Construction started in 2023, and sales listings give a delivery date of December 2028. The Skyscraper Center lists 196.3 meters.
